With a major in Human Development and Family Studies, specializing in Early Childhood Education, Michaela not only acquired a solid academic foundation but also demonstrated her unwavering dedication to the holistic development of children.

Her role as a Social Caseworker II at the Department of Children Youth and Families in Rhode Island exemplified her ability to provide essential social services to a diverse population of children and their families. Through her remarkable empathy and commitment, she identified and analyzed social problems while supporting individuals and families toward self-help and family reunification.

         Michaela's expertise extends beyond the classroom, as evidenced by her role as a Home-Based Educator at Meeting Street.
